Baileys Reptiles and Pet Supplies Doncaster Ltd, is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on the website. You agree that content and material featured on the website is for personal use, which allows you to download content onto one computer hard drive. You agree that you may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. ORDERS
By placing an order through the website, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All products are subject to availability. The items in your shopping basket that are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until we accept your order. Orders can be viewed by logging into your account using your password and username created at registration
The display of products on our Website is not an offer by us to sell. There is no obligation for Baileys Reptiles to supply the items until we accept your order.
To create a sale/contract between you and us, the following steps must be taken:
Your offer to purchase an item occurs when you place an order pressing the "Place Order" button at the end of the checkout process
You will be sent by us an order acknowledgment email that includes details of the products you have ordered
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occurs when we despatch your products, or notify you that your order is ready for in-store collection. You will be sent a despatch email notifying you that the goods have been provided to the courier for delivery

We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason, the most common reasons for an order being declined are;
1. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
2. The product that you ordered is not available, or is a long term out of stock product.
3. Pricing or product description errors
4. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria of the Terms and Conditions when placing the order

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order. We accept payment by the cards on the payment page, payment is deducted when we process your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and sometimes manufacturers make price changes without prior warning, for which we reserve the right to make pricing alterations and changes to information displayed at short notice. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative item. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate however, occasionally errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by the cards listed below and on the payment page. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

DELIVERY
All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, such as poor weather conditions and seasonal surges, so please allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands. You will normally be notified via email or text. It is your responsibility to arrange for safe collection and signature of your order.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
4. Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1: If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us. See the Contact Us page for details; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below. The cost to safely and securely return any unwanted items lies solely with the purchaser.
4.2: Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt. Any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 7 day period, without notice during the period we reserve the right to refuse.
4.3: The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the event that;
a) the product has been used
b) the product packaging has been damaged.
c) the product is not returned to us in the same condition as you received the product d) the product has been manufactured to individual requirements.
e) the product has been sold/passed on to a third party.
Any goods that are damaged in transit on return to Baileys Reptiles Ltd due to poor packaging or lack of care on your behalf will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Please ensure all returns are packaged to the same level as when initially received. We require all original manufacturer /branded packaging to be enclosed.
4.4: Some of the items available from Baileys Reptiles Ltd will be delivered requiring a signature upon receipt. Prior to signing for your order, we ask that you check that the goods are both undamaged and that all goods are in the consignment that should be. Signing for the goods is an acceptance that everything in the delivery is as it should be and undamaged. If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability. Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
4.5: In the event of an alleged defect with goods fitted and used but still under warranty, the purchaser must return the goods to us for inspection and assessment of the fault. If the defect is deemed a fault covered by warranty and still within the cover period, we will pursue the claim with the utmost importance. As outlined below, please contact us prior to making any returns so that we are aware of the return initially and also so we can begin to establish if the fault is one that is covered by the terms of the warranty and ensure that the product is still within the warranty period. The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
All product warranties and guarantees are provided solely by the product manufacturer. If you have a claim under warranty, the moment you contact us we will act on your behalf to pursue your warranty claim. On most occasions, products deemed faulty under warranty will need to be returned to either ourselves or the manufacturer for further inspection, but this will be done in the quickest time possible and treated as a matter of urgency. If good quality images are available, we may be able to use these to come to a conclusion. All warranty claims must prove proof of purchase and must be discussed with us before goods are returned. In the event that warranty claim is not deemed valid, we will not be liable for any costs incurred and we will not accept liability for any costs incurred throughout a claim for labour and/or other related charges. Warranty and Guarantee are voided in the event that products have been modified.

ACCEPTING YOUR BAILEYS REPTILES ORDERS
Please always check your delivery upon receipt. If you are signing for goods that are damaged, please mark the delivery note as "damaged". If you are unable to check the item at the time of delivery, please mark the delivery note as "unchecked". Please retain the original packaging in case you need to return your purchase.

INCORRECT AND MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving a Confirmation' email, please contact us immediately by emailing Info.BaileysReptiles@gmail.com

SHORTAGES
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels as shown on the carrier's consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment/delivery note and notified to us by the purchaser within 3 days of delivery by emailing Info.BaileysReptiles@gmail.com.
Please note that if you have signed for the goods without checking the number of items, this makes it very difficult for us to address your concerns later.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
In the unlikely event your product is received faulty or damaged, please contact us by email: Info.BaileysReptiles@gmail.com immediately, with your order number, which can be found on the invoice or in the confirmation email we sent at the time of purchase. Please include details and pictures if possible, of the problem and where you would like the parcel to be conveniently collected from.
Whilst the products are in your possession it is your responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and available to collect.
If upon inspection we agree that the item/goods are damaged/faulty, will then arrange for a replacement and delivery of your new item/goods.

DELIVERY CHARGES
All delivery charges are added to the total order at time of confirming orders on line, depending on weight at the time or ordering.. This will be itemised before you click on the "confirm order" and payment is made. Once you confirm and pay, you will have entered into a legal binding contract with us for your order. You will be notified of your delivery via the courier and it is your responsibility to have someone present to sign for your order or to make the necessary arrangements for the safe delivery and storage of such. If for any reason delivery cannot take place, extra charges will apply to re-deliver your order.

REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
Payment will take 4 working days to clear into our account, meaning your refunds would be issued when the payment lands in our account. If you are unsure of any product stock levels, please contact us before hand and we can confirm the stock levels.

SURCHARGES
Due to the gross weight, size and/or shape of certain products listed. We reserve the right to add a shipping and handling fee to your order's total. This is in line with the additional costs occurred with courier service and will be automatically calculated at checkout. You have the right to accept or decline at checkout point.
